Our team is made up of 12 skilled Dryden residents, with the crew size increasing during the summer months.
We take great pride in the quality of our work and make sure that our name is a testament to our dedication to excellence from the beginning to the end of a project.
Meet Nich Werstler
N Werstler & Sons is a family-run business founded by Nich Werstler. Nich and his wife, Audrey Werstler, run the company with their four sons and highly skilled local contractors. As Dryden residents, the Werstler family is committed to curating the best construction solution for Dryden and surrounding areas.
Nich Werstler has been working in the construction industry since 1994. N Werstler & Sons was founded by Nich in 2017. He has years of experience and has honed his skills by working with top-tier contractors and tradespeople. He mentors co-op students regularly to provide them with high-quality training they can use for the rest of their lives.
Nich’s four sons are all active in the business. The oldest is a journeyman welder, the second and third are apprentice carpenters, and the youngest works summers and all year while still in high school. They are all trained and certified heavy equipment operators. Let the Werstler family take care of all your construction needs.
Meet Audrey Werstler
Audrey Werstler, the company’s secretary, manages much of the office and administrative work.
Audrey has three sons who are competitive dirt bike racers, participating in races organized by the Superior Dirt Riders Association across Northwestern Ontario and Manitoba. Team Werstler Racing is their primary sponsor.

Inspired by their family’s love for adventure and dirt biking, N Werstler & Sons offers support to many dirt biking events in Dryden and surrounding areas. N Werstler & Sons has been sponsoring dirt bike events for all the biking enthusiasts in the community.
